First, check your email to make sure you have received your order confirmation. You will find your order number there.
In the next few days, you will receive several emails that will update you on the creation of your jewellery.
Once your jewellery has been completed, you will receive your tracking code via email that you can use to track your package!

Certainly. Just visit the TRACK ORDER page and enter the tracking code that you will receive by email as soon as your jewellery is shipped.

You should receive your tracking code at the end of the creation process of your Feyral; right when it is shipped.
If you don't find it, check the SPAM folder and, as a last resort, contact us.

Since this is a custom piece of jewellery made by request, the processing and creation time is 7 to 8 days. Once it is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 days.”

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Contact us now by Email or through the replacement request form and we will send you a replacement piece of jewellery right away!

If the photo you uploaded to create your jewellery does not meet the guidelines found here, unfortunately, you are not entitled to a replacement. If, on the other hand, the photo does meet the guidelines and our craftsmen made an inaccurate engraving despite having a great photo, we will send you a free replacement. Please contact us via the form provided.

To cancel or change your order, you must notify us within 24-hours of placing your order.

As soon as you contact us, we will check whether we have started processing your jewellery.
If we haven’t, we will cancel your order but will make a deduction of 9.90£ to be attributed to the creation of the preparatory vector design.

On the other hand, if the processing has already started, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

OFFERS:
Please note that in case the customer accepts one of our one-time offers, he is not entitled to a refund since our team immediately starts working on the additional item: the design process starts immediately and the material is reserved: refunds will not be processed.

The only case in which a customer is entitled to a refund is when their package is lost.

Since we are talking about bespoke, personalised jewellery, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem or are not satisfied with your Feyral, please submit a replacement request via the form provided and we will evaluate your case.

Remember, however, that as specified in the guidelines on each product page, we are not responsible for the photos you upload, and if they do not meet our criteria for a quality pendant, we will not offer any returns or refunds in case of dissatisfaction or poor engraving accuracy.

If you received a DAMAGED piece of jewellery, please submit your replacement request now and we will create a new piece of jewellery as quickly as possible!

We recommend having only one subject per pendant. But, if you really want two on the same pendant (e.g., two dogs), by all means go ahead, but remember, that this will not make your jewellery larger. We recommend one subject per piece. If you order more than two items, you will get an automatic 10% discount off your total order.

Absolutely! Be sure to send us a close-up photo so we can capture all the facial details as best we can and reproduce them accurately on your jewellery!

Be sure to provide us with a clear, sharp, high-quality photo that clearly shows the subject.
If your photo is not satisfactory, it’s likely your jewellery won’t be either.

Feyral assumes no responsibility if the customer, when placing an order, enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address (missing house number, non-existent street, discrepancy between city and zip code, wrong name or other similar errors).
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.
If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address and does not communicate the correction, Feyral will send the parcel to the address given by the customer at the time of purchase and this will cause a non-delivery: the parcel will return to the sorting center (20 - 25 days) and the customer may choose to:
1) Pay the reshipping fee of 9.71£ (19.90£ in case customer chose FedEx) and provide the correct address to which to receive his parcel
2) Pay no reshipping fee by leaving the parcel with the courier, who will send the parcel to the shredder after a predetermined time frame.

Feyral is based in Italy. Being Italian, we are familiar with occupational health and safety standards, and it is our priority to ensure our artisans come to work happy and healthy with the desire and drive to CREATE.
We also take EXTREME care in making sure that our means of transportation are eco-friendly and economical.
While we design all Feyrals ourselves, in Italy, our workshops where Feyral jewellery is made have recently been moved to Asia in order to provide you with a higher quality product at a reasonable price.

Avoid contact with perfumes, chlorine, lotions, hairsprays, cosmetics and other chemicals, as they may alter the colour or shine.

Always store your jewellery safely to avoid scratches and unpleasant surprises.

Remove jewellery when bathing, working out, doing housework, etc., to avoid bending, scratching or losing it.
