- Our artisans will immediately start crafting your Feyral™ Soul Necklace: we'll work a gemstone to perfectly resemble the eye you provided and set it in the necklace.
- Within 4 to 5 days, your Feyral™ will be ready to ship.

Photo Guidelines

Choosing the photo is simple! It should be well-lit, in focus, and close enough to capture the details of the eye: the better the lighting, the better the result.

Avoid uploading photos where the subject is distant, low-resolution, or poorly lit.

You can choose between Sterling Silver and Gold (for both the chain and pendant materials). Both are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, lead-free, and free from other materials that may cause allergic reactions.

Is the necklace really made from the photo I upload?
Absolutely, yes. We hand-draw the iris visible in your photo and set it by hand in the pendant, creating a truly unique piece of jewellery.

How long is the necklace?
The necklace is adjustable and fits any neck size; you can lengthen or shorten it as you like.

I want two necklaces, one with my eye and one with my girlfriend's eye. How do I do it?
Simple: add one necklace at a time to your cart!
First, upload the photo and choose the material for the first necklace, then add it to your cart.
Next, upload the other photo, choose the material, and add it to your cart.
Ordering two necklaces automatically gives you a 10% discount!

Can I have two eyes on the same necklace?
No, we can only create one eye per necklace.

Do you have other types of chains or models?
No, we only offer one type of chain (as shown above) and two materials (Sterling Silver and Gold).

Can the pendant get scratched?
No need to worry, the gemstone is protected by a durable steel glass that offers complete protection against bumps and scratches.

Do you ship to the UK?

We are based in Italy. To ensure the highest quality at the best possible price, our jewellery is designed in Italy: Matteo and Alessia personally handle the design and drawing, while the creative process is carried out in Korea.
